BSEE is launching a “Dominance by Design” Workshop series that aims to bring -the regulator and industry together to focus on reducing operational burdens and ensuring federal oversight reflects the realities of offshore operations today. The first topic BSEE will be facilitating will be federal offshore permitting processes and timelines. This DbD Workshop is an important opportunity to discuss challenges/pinch points on specific permit types, NEPA coordination, plans, and other critical topic areas. This will help us identify efficiencies in the permitting process and better facilitate order to streamline operations, reduce delays, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
