About The Event
This in-person-only, interactive workshop will bring together industry and regulator subject matter experts (SMEs) to discuss pipeline permit submissions, including a review of detailed scenarios aimed at clarifying regulatory expectations, addressing common misunderstandings, and improving industry’s understanding of the permitting and review process.
Discussions will also focus on pipeline-related Notices to Lessees (NTLs) identified by OOC members as requiring additional guidance or clarification, with the goal of promoting greater consistency, efficiency, and alignment between industry and regulators.
