OOC GRP Project Safety Culture Field Day Survey Registration

Please note that registration for the 2020 OOC GRP Virtual Safety Culture File Day is now closed.  However, we encourage you to still take the GRP survey to help provide valuable information.

In order to take the survey, you will need to:

1) Please fill out this pre-registration form

2) Once the form is completed and submitted, you will receive an automated e-mail with the link to take the pre-event survey.  The pre-event survey is anonymous.

In preparation for GRP Project Field Day and in support of a NAS-GRP funded SAFE-TOP (“Supporting And Facilitating Effective Teams, Organizations, and People" Project), we would like you to complete a pre-event survey. The pre-event survey and follow-up virtual Field Day sessions are part of a larger research effort being managed by The Group for Organizational Effectiveness (gOE) and Rice University to develop tools to advance safety in the offshore oil and gas industry.

The Offshore Operators Committee (OOC) has partnered with the project team to ensure that this effort produces relevant tools. You are being asked to complete this pre-event survey because of your expertise and experience within the offshore oil and gas industry.
