Meeting purpose:

The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss and refine the draft OOC Guidance Document (currently being developed) that will outline minimum acceptable standards an operator can implement in order to adopt an alternative protocol lifeboat launching. This implementation would obviously depend upon USCG acceptance of this Guidance Document.

• Discussion of draft document
• Equipment testing alternatives
