SEMS Field Day is scheduled for February 17, 2022.  

Field Day is an interactive annual event where industry gathers to hear what can be done to continuously improve support for the offshore workforce through: 

• Culture & Teamwork
• SEMS & Barriers
• Effective JSAs
• Regulator Perspective

Field Day Goal: Engage the offshore workforce on current SEMS related topics to enable continuous improvement

Field Day Target Audience:  Offshore Personnel with hands-on experience using their company’s SEMS Systems. They should have knowledge of the day-to-day activities and what it takes to successfully make the SEMS work for those activities.  Offshore based personnel on fixed and floating production facilities as well as drilling related assets.  

This event is limited to OOC and COS members that operate an offshore asset, their contractors, and government regulators. Limiting onshore reps attending to a 1 to 5 ratio for onshore reps to offshore reps per company.  

Onshore rep = employee who works in an office onshore

Offshore rep = employee who spends 90+ days per year offshore.  Contractor personnel who work on an asset can count as part of the offshore rep ratio for the operating company that is noted during registration.

An onshore representative cannot attend if the 1 to 5 ratio for their company is not met. Onshore rep registration will be confirmed once the offshore personnel ratio is registered.

This is an in-person event only.  There is no virtual attendance option.
