Collaboratively developed outline for Shallow Water Source Control (SWSC) response planning.  Updated resource tables for related source control assets in the Gulf of Mexico (updated bi-annually).   

OOC Member developed resources for defining, planning and evaluating risks involved with well intervention activities offshore.  Resources include scenario definition and bowtie analysis.  Barrier approach utilized by BSEE & USCG for non-MODU inspections.
